Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund:
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in will incur a 50% retention charge on the total booking amount.
No Refund:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in, or in case of no-show, will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Date Modification:
One-time date change is permitted if requested at least 5 days prior to check-in, subject to availability.
Early Departure:
No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused services.
Force Majeure:
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), booking adjustments may be considered at management discretion.
